How to claim
When you have qualified, call Sporting Index Customer Services between 9am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday to claim your cash or bet. Any free bet winnings will be credited to your account by 2pm the next working day.

Sporting Index terms and conditions:
- Offers available to new clients who open their account between 0.00am Saturday 18th November 2006 and 0.00am Saturday 6th January 2007.
- Offers are valid to claim for 2 months from the date your account is opened.
- For all offers, the qualifying stipulation is 5 sports bets, each of which must have the potential to win and lose £20 or more and be placed on separate markets.
- Minimum stake for all qualifying bets is £2
- Unless otherwise stated, closing, partially closing and virtual games bets will not count towards qualifying bets
- The maximum that a free bet can win is £400
- Unless otherwise stated, clients reopening their Sporting Index account or bethilo clients changing to a Sporting Index account do not qualify for the offers
- Free bets must be placed at least 15 minutes before the start of the event and cannot be closed in-running. They will not appear in your list of open bets
- Sporting Index reserve the right to exercise their sole discretion as to whether or not to open account facilities for any prospective client
- Any free bet placed in contravention of these Rules will be deemed to have a profit if zero at Sporting Index’s sole discretion
- Only one offer can be claimed per household
- Sporting Index reserve the right to refuse to pay out on any offers if they have reasonable belief that there has been cooperation, collusion and/or organisation of bets from the same source; or if they have reasonable belief that the offer is being abused in any way. We will reimburse all losses incurred, or honour any winnings made as a result of the qualifying bets for these offers
- No staff member (or any relation or partner thereof) of any spread betting or fixed odds bookmaking firm is eligible to take advantage of this free bet offer
- Sporting Index are the sole arbiters of these Rules and any other issue arising under this promotion
