4. Goals scored in extra time or penalty shoot outs do not apply
5. Own goals do not qualify. In the event of the last goal being an own goal, the previous goal will count. In the event of an own goal being the only goal, no bets will be refunded.
6. Total refunds per customer up to a maximum of £250
7. Refunds apply to singles only, multiples do not qualify
8. Bet must be placed before Kick Off to qualify, bets in play will not be valid for the offer
9. Offer applies to internet, phone, DiTV. mobile & shop placed bets only
10. Refunds will be paid into internet, phone DiTV and mobile customers accounts by end of business one working day after the match.
11. Shop customers can refund by taking their losing ticket to any Ladbrokes shop
